2. Now that we have removed the heart of the apples, we spread a little butter and fill with honey. If you prefer, you can replace honey with sugar. You can even fill them with honey and sprinkle sugar on the outside so that they are sweeter.
3. In each of the apples holes we introduce a cinnamon branch to aromatize them. Then, we put them on a baking sheet and bake for them for 15-20 minutes, until we see that they are ready.
4. When they are ready, we serve cold or temperate baked apples, as we like.
