125 milliliters of milk 80 grams of flour 60 grams of butter 2 units of eggs 1 pinch of salt 1 block 1 jet of anise |

Ingredients to make baked apple fritters:
1. Put the oven to 180 ºC. In a saucepan put the milk, the butter, the pinch of salt and the jet of anise.
2. When the milk is hot and everything is well mixed, throw the flour at once. Remove until it integrates well.
3. Add the eggs one by one.
4. Remove the first egg well and do not throw the second until it is well integrated. You should have a dough similar to a thick porridge.
5. RALLA THE VERY FINITE APPLE OR PLACE IN TARZOS.
6. Add the apple to the cream and mix well.
7. Put an oven tray with paper and, with a spoon, see portions of this dough slightly separated between them. Put the baked tray and let home and simple fritters be made. When golden brown we take out and let cool.
