Arabic cake recipe

-The oven is preheated; The times and speed are 10 to 15 seconds and 3 1/2. – All ingredients are beaten except scratchs and eggs.- The whites are separated from the yolks and they are added to the previous mixture.- When the mixture is homogeneous, the scratches are added.- Finally the clear mounts are incorporated to point Firm snow.- A mold with oil and flour is smeared in the middle oven for 30 or 40 min. 5 eggs
180 gr. of whole sugar.
180 gr. of sunflower oil.
100 gr. of whole wheat flour. of carrot.
3 tablespoons of lemon zest and mixed oranges.
