Apple vegan crumble recipe

Crumble is a sweet cake that is traditionally filled with fruit and covered with a dough of flour, sugar and butter. For the filling, slightly acidic fruits are used to contrast with the sweet dough, therefore, we will use apples and cherries for this vegan crumble that I share in recipes. To cover the filling we will change the traditional recipe a little and prepare a dough without flour and without refined sugar with oatmeal, panela and vegetable margarine and we will add hazelnuts and ginger to contribute crispy to the dough and a touch of different flavor. The vegan apple crumble can be served at breakfast or as dessert with ice cream, custard or cream.

Ingredients to make vegan apple crumble:
8 blocks
1 cup of cherries
2 teaspoons of cinnamon
4 tablespoons of panela
1 teaspoon of pustle ginger
2 tablespoons of hazells
2 tablespoons of sirope of agave
½ lemon (juice)

Ingredients to make vegan apple crumble:

1. Peel the apples and cut them in medium pieces.





2. Place the apples on a tray or a container in which you are going to prepare the crumble of vegan oatmeal, spray the lemon juice and sprinkle the cinnamon and 1-2 tablespoons of panela.





3. Add the raisins and cherries cut in half and boneless. Remove everything very well.





4. Press the oven to 180 ºC and bake apples and cherries for 10-15 minutes until the apple starts softening. Then remove the oven container.
