Angelitos Recipe

BATA FOUR CLARAS AT POINTO snow. Add a hair syrup prepared with the granulated sugar cup and a little water. Robe until it cools. Incorporate the yolks one by one and finally the flour, chuño and baking powder, stir slowly. Empty in a molded mold. Bring to the moderate oven until the cooking is completed. Let cool and cut in squares of about 4 cms. Cover with white delicacy and end with a layer of bitumen prepared with the remaining sugar whites.

1 cup (from) granulated sugar
4 egg (s)
1/2 cup (s) chuño
1 teaspoon (s) baking powder
1/2 kg sugar
6 egg claras
