Ingredients
– 2 coconut milk vessels (other milks of animal or plant origin also serve)
– 1/2 glass of chia seeds

Preparation

Preparation

This mousse has the delicate flavor of white chocolate and a very creamy texture that you will love. The crumble gives him contrast, for his subtly crispy consistency. You will love this dessert in cups!
Ingredients
For the mousse:- 500 ml of cream
– 200 g white chocolate
– 1 gelatin sheet
For express crumble:- 50 g almonds (ground)
– 150 g of cookies (crushed)
– 125 g brown sugar
– 100 g Butter on ointment
– 1 CDA of vanilla extract
For decoration:- 100 g black chocolate
– 12 strawberries
– Mint leaves
Preparation
For the mousse:- Hydrates the jelly with cold water.
– Prepare a water bath and pour 100 ml of liquid cream in a saucepan. Let it hot.
– Add chocolate chopped and remove, until it is completely founded.
– Add the jelly and continue to remove, until you get a homogeneous cream.
– Let it cool at room temperature and reserve.

For the crumble:- Crush the cookies without turning them dust.

Preparation
For the panacotta:- Add the cream and milk into a saucepan. Preferably in a water bath.
– Add the open vanilla pod and wait until the preparation warm.

Ingredients
– 1 cake
– 200 ml condensed milk
– 200 ml evaporated milk
– 120 ml of milk cream
– 1 cup of chantilly

Preparation
