1. To make our homemade break we start by aromatizing milk. To do this, we place it in a thick bottom pot along with bicarbonate, sugar, cinnamon, smell nail and heat until a boil breaks.
2. Remove from heat and expect milk to cool at room temperature. Then we take out the cinnamon and nail branches and we are incorporating the egg yolks one by one. This means that we cannot add the next until the first one is completely dissolved and so on.
3. We take the mixture to cooking and stir without stop vigorously until it boils, at which time we will remove the pot from the fire.
