1. It is very easy and quick to prepare a succulent water of tuna. To do this, as a first step, remove the peel to the tuna making two cuts on the banks, then a cross -section and peeling the fruit very carefully not to harm you with the thorns.
2. When you have all the peeled tunas, cut them in medium pieces to facilitate the smoothie.
3. Place the pieces of tuna in the blender, add the sugar, the juice of two lemons and half a liter of water. Blend for a few minutes.
Trick: The lemon is optional, you can also add cucumber, some other fruit or seed like chia. You can also replace sugar with some sweetener.
4. The mixture is passed through a strainer to remove the seeds from the tuna. Add the liter of remaining water and mix.
