For 8 people :: 1/4 of L. of Quality Wine | 1/4 of L. of syrup made with :: 75 cc. of water and 140 gr. of sugar the juice of an orange the juice of 1/2 lemon 3 tablespoons of pomace (preferably Galician). |

2. Add the pomace and the juice of the killing citrus.
3. Put in the refrigerator for 30 minutes and then put the freezer.
4. Serve in copies between the first course and the main course.
5. If you do not have a refrigerator, put the preparation in a tray of ice cubes or beat with a fork to break the ice crystals and put again the freezer.
6. Repeat this operation three or four times until the sorbet acquires the appropriate consistency.
