1 kilogram of pachita or maracuyá (pulp) ½ kilogram of sugar 1½ liters of white rum or brandy 1 liter of water |

Ingredients to make a parchita liquor:
1. The first step to prepare springs of a pachita or maracuyá is to cut the pachitas in half and extract the pulp with a spoon. When we have a kilo of pulp approximately, we place the glass or glass boat along with the white rum or brandy that we have chosen, and let it macerate minimum for 8 days.
