Ingredients to make a parchita liquor:
1 kilogram of pachita or maracuyá (pulp)
½ kilogram of sugar
1½ liters of white rum or brandy
1 liter of water
ADDITIONAL CHARACTERISTICS: Average cost, boiled

Ingredients to make a parchita liquor:

1. The first step to prepare springs of a pachita or maracuyá is to cut the pachitas in half and extract the pulp with a spoon. When we have a kilo of pulp approximately, we place the glass or glass boat along with the white rum or brandy that we have chosen, and let it macerate minimum for 8 days.

2. Once the relevant days have passed, to continue with the elaboration of the Maracuyá liquor, what we do is place the sugar and water in a pot and wait for it to boil. When the mixture is boiling, we let it cook for 3 minutes and wait for it to cool completely.

3. While we wait for the syrup to cool, we strain the macerated pulp that we already had in order to obtain the alcohol that has already absorbed the taste of the patchite or passion fruit. Thus with the macerated pulp, the sparkling spine will have a lot more maracuyá flavor or passion fruit.

4. Finally, we add to the Maracuyá liquor the syrup already cooled and ready! Pack your sparkling liquor in a glass or plastic bottle and enjoy it very cold. You can keep it at room temperature and add ice whenever you want to take it. And if you are the liquors, do not miss these recipes that we recommend:- Homemade Moras Liquor
