Orange concentrate

1 cup of natural orange juice
250 grams of sugar (1¼ cups)

1. To start preparing this concentrate of fruits, the first thing you should do is wash oranges very well with cold water. When they are completely dry, the skin grades for the finest part of the grater and reserve.
