1 bottle of cava
1 fresh melon unit
2 tablespoons of sugar
3 units of lemon
1 cup of water (240 milliliters)
4 units of wine glasses

1. The first step for the elaboration of the recipe is to prealist the ingredients of our homemade sorbet.





2. Cut the melon into pieces and take it to a bowl for the elaboration of this sorbet so refreshing.





3. Add the sugar and the cup of water and process very well until integrating the ingredients.





4. Take this mixture to a silicone mold, this time I wanted to make star molds, freeze for approximately one hour.





5. Once the melon cubes are frozen, add the cava to each of the wine glasses.





6. To make the melon and cava sorbet, add the frozen cubes to the glasses and all the ingredients are integrated and impregnated with each of its aromas. This drink is very refreshing for summer and delicious, since the melon combines very well with the cava.
