1. To get kombucha tea, the first thing we should do is base green tea, which can also be black or even Jamaica tea. We have opted for a tea bag, but it is also valid to buy the leaves and introduce them into the infuster. That said, we put the water to boil, add the tea bag, hibiscus to taste, infuse and let cool. Hibiscus is optional.



Trick: To prepare green tea correctly and avoid bitter taste, water must be at 90 degrees.





2. Then, we cast the tea, mix it with sugar and vinegar, and pass this preparation to a glass jug along with the Kombucha bacteria colony. Cover with a fine cloth or paper towel, hold with an elastic rubber and let stand for 10 days in a warm and dark place for fermente. The ideal would be to use initiating cultivation instead of vinegar, but since this ingredient is easier to find, we have chosen it for the kombucha tea recipe.
