750 cubic centimeters of red wine 80 grams of brown sugar 2 laurel leaves 6 units of smell nails 1 tablespoon of anise 1 tablespoon of cinnamon powder 1 pinch of grated nutmeg 1 orange unit (Only the skin) |

Glühwein ingredients:
1. Alist the ingredients to be able to make this Christmas drink.
2. Hold all spices in a pot along with the sugar.
3. Mix, turn on the heat to a minimum and heat the ingredients until the aromas begin to come out.
4. Pour a little wine to cover the sugar and continue to heating the mixture stirring with a wooden spoon until it dissolves by the complete.
5. Add the rest of the red wine and mix well. Let cook over low heat for about 30 minutes, taking care that the temperature does not rise too much.
6. Strain the Glühwein to remove the spices. Serve the spicy wine or guide it and heat it again whenever you want to taste it. Accompany this drink with typical Christmas sweets, such as polvorones, mazapan or nougat.
