The cream punch is a typical Christmas drink especially in areas of the Caribbean such as Venezuela. It is usually done with egg and one of its main ingredients is the rum.

1 bottle of rum 4 cans of condensed milk 15 egg yolk units |

Ingredients to make egg cream with egg:
1. In a container place 5 complete eggs and then add the 15 yolks, add the bitter of Angostura, the vanilla, the 4 cans of condensed milk and the rum (to your liking).
2. Beat vigorously until the mixture is homogeneous. Add lemon zest and let cool well before serving the homemade cream punch.
