For this type of liquors a broad mouth bottle is used, the figs are placed one by one helping with an orderly anticucho stick and putting the alii in the middle.

Dry fig liquor ingredients: |
1/2 kilo of dry figs well sanitos 1/2 kilo of sugar made almÃbar 2 rahum cups (black rum) 2 cups of cana brandy or best grapes 3 fresh boys of fig tree 1 vanilla stick 3 cloves of smell |

2. The first day the Rhum is added, the second day the brandy and the third day the syrup that must be clear.
3. Put it in the sun for a week and to continue 4 months in the shade in the place where it used to keep the spirits.
4. At the end of 4 months you can resolve it or leave it with fruits inside, (I leave the fruits inside and then use them for English cakes.
