½ l. ORUJO AGUARDIENT
½ kg. sugar
¾ l. Water

2. Pass them to a terrine, and put the brandy in them. Leave 24 hours maceration.

3. Prepare a syrup dissolving, over low heat with water. Cook 5 min. And let it cool.

4. Pass the maceration due to fabric sieve, pressing a little, to extract the maximum juice.

5. Mix with cold syrup and put in bottles with rude leaves.

6. It can be consumed right away.

7. Use: with pineapple and peach (natural or in syrup), with vanilla ice cream.
