Champagne cocktail (cold duck)

Rico Champagne cocktail, popularly called cold duck, very beautiful in sight that is served with decoration strawberries and is ideal for parties and celebrations.

Ingredients to make champagne cocktail (cold duck):
1 cup of fresh or frozen strawberries
200 grams of dispatch
1 jet of 1 limòn
3 tablespoons of cognac
2 tablespoons of kirsch
2 tablespoons of grand marnier or orange bitter
1 tablespoon of Sugar
1 Champaga Bottle Unit

Ingredients to make champagne cocktail (cold duck):

1. In a container the strawberries are put, the lemon juice and the lemon already squeezed are added, the cognac, the kirsch, the great marnier and the sugar and the package is put into the fridge until the moment it goes to use.

2. When preparing the cocktail properly, the lemon (previously squeezed) is squeezed again, the icy champagne is removed and added. The champagne cocktail (cold duck) is served in flutes or tulip cups like the one you can see in the photo.



Trick: It is not advisable to put ice cubes in the Coktail since that sets the cocktail and makes it less rich.
