Café Venetian Café

Dissolve the sugar in 1/2 liter of water and add the soluble coffee and the Marsala wine. Pour it into the freezer bucket until it is frozen. Scrape the surface with a teaspoon, to obtain the consistency of a hailstorm. Distribute it to 4 glasses and put in each of them a tablespoon of cream. Sprinkle it with a little cocoa powder.

4 tablespoons of sugar
4 tablespoons of sugary cream
4 teaspoons of soluble coffee
1 copita of Marsala wine
