We will use different types of fruit and vegetables for each color: spinach and celery for green color, red fruits for the color red, and pear, apple and ginger for the yellow color. Ingredients to make banana smoothie with apple and spinach:
1. For red smoothie put in the blender the red fruits and a frozen banana. Add very little water (several tablespoons) and crush the fruit well until it is well beaten and creamy. If the red fruits seem too much acidic, add a little sweetener.
2. For yellow smoothie combines the apple and pear peeled and chopped in the blender, a frozen banana and grated ginger. Add several tablespoons of water and crush well.
3. For the green smoothie crushing spinach, celery and a frozen banana with a little water until it is creamy and homogeneous.
4. The red smoothie pours in the glass filling it until reaching a third of its capacity. Fill another third with the yellow shake and the last third with the green.
