Ingredients to make banana and kiwi shake:
1. We gather the ingredients to prepare our fruit shake. As you can see, I have taken advantage of ripe bananas to make this recipe, in fact the mature bananas are much sweeter than those that are less black, so if you use bananas with this aspect, it will not be necessary to sweeten the drink with sugar or sweeteners.
2. We peel and cut the banana into slices, although everything is going to liquefied, I prefer World, they give us a lot of vitamins, they are rich in fiber and do not contain any fat. When you have fruit in the very mature pantry, do not forget that you can always make juices, liquefied or a banana cake!
3. We do the same with the kiwi, peel and cut the fruit and add it in the blender vessel. I have used yellow kiwis that are more juicy, but you can use the green Kiwi classic. By its part, Kiwi is a fruit rich in antioxidants and vitamin C, it also has relaxing properties and it is known that it reduces stress and nerves.
4. We add some water and a lemon splash. I always add some lemon juice to all the fruit smoothies I prepare, lemon acid helps highlight the flavors of fruits. If you want you can also add chia seeds or goyi berries to the shake.
5. We crush all a few minutes until it is completely liquid, without any lumps. The amount of water is to taste, I prefer the thickest milkshakes but if you like more liquids you can add a little more water to taste. You can also make this milkshake with milk, yogurt, green or chamomile to get a relaxing drink.
6. Baby at your banana and kiwi shake at breakfast to during the snack, youll see that its flavor is spectacular. And if you want it for the morning, I recommend you complete breakfast with some fitness oatmeric pancakes and some scrambled eggs with cheese. Bon Appetite!
