Banana and cinnamon shake with spices

Chai spice mixture is traditionally used to prepare the typical tea from southern India. It is a hot and spicy drink, perfect for cold days. However, this time I bring a version of this fresh recipe to recipes: a banana smoothie and cinnamon with chai style spices, perfect for heat days and for breakfast. I have used Masala Chai to prepare a rich and energetic banana and cinnamon smoothie. I have added the spices that are usually used to make a chai shake: cardamom, anise, ginger, cinnamon and turmeric. As a result we get a rich special banana milkshake with a touch of spices and an exotic flavor. Dare to try it!

1. Place all the ingredients in the blender glass.

2. Beat the ingredients at high speed until they are well integrated.
