Ingredients to make white rolls:
1. To prepare our white rolls, first, we are going to start sifting the flour in a wide bowl.
2. Then, we dilute in the glass of temperate water the fresh yeast.
3. Next, we add the yeast diluted in the sifted flour bowl, along with the tablespoon of milk and salt. We knead with our hands for about 10 minutes until we get a slightly sticky dough.
4. Then we get the dough of white bread rolls to form a ball and cover it with a clean cloth. We let it rest in a warm site and without air currents for approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes.
5. Once the levy time has passed, we are going to line a plate with baking paper and generously flour. We also flour a work surface and place the dough in it. We divide it into 6 equal parts and form small balls tight with each piece of dough. Then we put them on the plate lined with baking paper separate from each other, we cover them again with a cloth and let them rest another 45 minutes.
6. We preheat the oven at 210 ºC. We also put a bowl with water at the base of the oven to create steam during cooking.
7. After the loyal time, we flatten with the hand each ball of white bread with the hand. We take one end of the circle and take it to the center, we do the same with the other three ends such as forming a flower.
8. We turn the white rolls and make them a cross on the surface. We bake at 210 ºC with heat up and down around 20 minutes.
9. Once they are baked, we let the white rolls on top of a rack and will already be ready to consume, preferably the same day of its elaboration.
