I bring recipes a recipe of a vegan pumpkin cake, but it is not a simple sponge cake, it is a damp cake of pumpkin, very similar to a Buddine because of its texture. It is roasted outside and juicy inside, and also the combination of pumpkin with chocolate is delicious. For the coverage of the cake we have combined black chocolate, matcha tea and pistachos, you will love to serve as dessert or for breakfast!
