Ingredients to make Vienna bread:
2. Dissolve the yeast in the 50 cm3 of water, along with the remaining spoonful of sugar.
3. Wait to spume and double its size. Add to this ferment the oil and the remaining water.
4. Add the dry elements (mixture of flour, salt and sugar). Form a dough that separates from the hands (or the kneader).
5. (My note: if it does not separate because it is too pegote, add a little more flour). Leave protected by a nylon bag.
6. Assemble the breads, paint with beaten egg, let duplicate and bake.
7. Girl pieces: 200c-20 min.
8. Large pieces: 180c-60 min.
