30 grams of rice
12 grams of fresh bakery yeast
180 milliliters of temperate water
400 grams of strength flour
50 milliliters of sunflower oil

Ingredients to make vegan rice bread:

1. To make this bread of rice we will put the rice covered with water, in a saucepan, we take it to a boil and have 15 minutes of cooking.





2. Once the rice is cooked, we drain it to remove the entire broth and let it cool.





3. In a wide bowl we sift the flour so that the vegan rice bread is softer.





4. In warm water, we undo bakery yeast.





5. To continue with the dough of homemade rice bread, we add to the sifted flour the yeast dissolved in water, rice, sunflower oil and salt teaspoons.

8. We preheat the oven at 110 ºC and put a source with water at the base of the oven to create steam when cooking the vegan rice bread. Done this, we make some cuts with the help of a knife in the bread bar and introduce the tray with the bread in the oven to bake at 110 ºC with heat up and down for 30 minutes.
