Ingredients to make vegan managers:

1. To start with the vegan butter recipe, the oven preheats the oven at 180 ºC and introduces the Sarracene wheat flour 10 minutes. Meanwhile, crushes the oats and the almond or the chosen dry fruit (in this recipe we have chosen directly to buy oatmeal and ground almond).

2. Saracen wheat flour in a bowl and mix it with oatmeal.

3. incorporates the rest of dry ingredients (ground almonds, cocoa powder, coconut sugar and lemon zest). You should not add in this step or chocolate chips or sesame seeds that will be used to decorate at the end.

4. Make a hole in the middle of the mixture and add the arce syrup and olive oil. Knead the mixture until a homogeneous mass is left.

5. Once the dough has been made, let it stand between half an hour and one hour in the refrigerator. It is highly advisable to make this step so that it is easier to handle the dough, but it is not necessary.

6. with a roller flattens the dough until approximately 1.5 cm thick.

7. Use a circular mold in the dough to separate the mantecados and place them in a baking sheet with baking paper.

Trick: Another way to make this step if you have no mold consists of making balls with your hands and crushing them until it is managed to manage.

8. Leave the mantecados in the oven until they are golden and decorate with the ingredients that you like the most. In this case we have used coconut sugar. The vegan mantecados are ready! What do you think of this recipe? Leave us in the comments your opinion.

Trick: If you want to use sesame seeds to decorate it is advisable to put them in the mantecados before putting them in the oven.
