Vegan Christmas sweet bread recipe

Ingredients to make vegan Christmas sweet bread:
1 cup of integral wheat flour
3½ cups of wheat flour (490 grams)
7 grams of dry yeast
½ teaspoon of salt
2 tablespoons of white sugar
1 orange (zest)
1 cup of natural natural orange juice
2 tablespoons of oil
1 cup of dried fruit/confitans varied
½ cup raisans or raisins
½ cup of hot water

Ingredients to make vegan Christmas sweet bread:

1. Place the cups of whole wheat flour and the 3 of normal flour (the other average we will use later) in a large bowl and add the sugar, salt and dry yeast. Mix well and form a hole in the center.

2. Apart mixes the oil along with the water, the orange juice and the zest of an orange. Incorpo this in the hole of the previous preparation and mix everything well for a few minutes until you get a dough.

6. Once it has increased considerably volume (x3), hits the mass of the PAnettone without egg and stretch it on the work surface forming a kind of elongated rectangle.

7. Place the dried and/or minced dried and/or confithed fruits, as you prefer, and you pass them over and close the dough making a kind of ball so that the entire filling is inside. Knead a little more so that everything is well integrated and distributed homogeneously by Easter bread without eggs or dairy.

8. Spread two molds of sweet Christmas bread with a little oil fodder with sulfurized/vegetable paper. Then divide the mass of the vegan panettone into two equal parts and corpted them into each mold.

9. Cover the molds with film paper and let the sweet vegan bread again 1 hour more, or until the masses have risen at all.

10. When 10 minutes are missing for the time to pass, you see the oven at 200 ºC. So once passes full time, bake the sweet Christmas bread for about 10 minutes at that temperature.

11. Then the oven drops to about 180 ºC of temperature and continues to bake the Pannettone without eggs or dairy about 30 minutes or until they are well cooked.



Trick: If you see that they can burn above, cover the molds with aluminum foil during baking to avoid it.
