In this recipe we bring an option for those who follow a vegan diet, a mature banana sponge cake with ingredients suitable for them. We are going to see the ingredients and the step by step that in recipes we show you to prepare this delicious vegan bananas cake. Ingredients to make vegan banana cake:
1. The first step to make our banana cake recipe is to prealist the ingredients. In the photo we show some ingredients of animal origin, in case you prefer not to make the vegan cake. Also, the banana cake recipe with this type of ingredient you have it here.
2. First we must peel the bananas and cut them into slices. Then, we take the pieces to a Honda pot with enough water to cover them and cook until they are soft.
3. Once the bananas are cooked, we pass them to a bowl where we are going to mix with the rest of the ingredients.
4. Add the sugar and mix well.
Trick: If you think too much sugar, you can decrease the amount, since the banana is already sweet in itself.
5. Add the wheat flour, baking powder and the vanilla essence. We mixed all the ingredients well.
6. We incorporate sunflower oil and almond milk. Remember that this recipe is suitable for vegans, so we use this type of milk that is also valid for lactose intolerant people. Mix to integrate all ingredients well.
7. Add the mixture of banana cake to a mold or, if you want, replace it in individual molds to make personal portions as we have done. It carries the preheated oven cake at 200ºC and bakes between approximately 35 and 40 minutes.
