Vanilla Biscuit recipe

In a small casserole the 60 cl. of water, vanilla and lemon skins. It is boiled until only 40 cl. of water. It sneaks. The sugar is added to dissolve, let it boil for a few seconds. Let it cool.

Ingredients to make vanilla biscuit:
60 ml. of water
3 gr. from vanilla
2 lemon skins
400 gr. of sugar
12 egg whites
60 cl. cream

2. The egg whites are set in a bowl with the previous syrup and be beat little by little until it is very thick. The cream is mantled and mixed with the whites. It is placed in a mold and puts in the freezer. When frozen, unmold in a source and serve.
