1. Prepare the chocolate filling, which consists of making chocolate ganache. To do this, heat the cream in a saucepan. On the other hand, heat the chocolate in the microwave. When the cream begins to boil, watch it in the chocolate bowl and move slowly until it is completely mixed. Let stand until at room temperature, cover the ganache and put it in the refrigerator 2 hours. If you prefer, you can make your white chocolate ganache, since the torrijas stuffed with white chocolate are also delicious.
Trick: Ganache will be better if you leave it all night in the refrigerator.
2. To infuse the milk, peel a piece of orange skin, take off the white part and put it in a saucepan with milk. Heat until it starts to boil. At this point, turn off the fire, let stand 5 minutes and remove orange skin. On the other hand, cut the dry bread bar in 2 cm slices, or approximately 2 fingers. Once cut, make an incision in the middle, as if you opened it to make a snack but without reaching the end. Here you will spread the filling!

4. When the torrijas are well soaked in the milk, pass them to a plate with beaten egg. Remove them well in the egg and direct to the pan, to fry!
Trick: The oil must be very hot, but not with the fire to the fullest or will burn.
5. When the torrijas are well golden, check them out to a plate with absorbent paper. When not burn, rebound them in sugar mixed with a teaspoon of cinnamon.
