Thermomix recipe: mold bread

450 g of flour
20 g of pressed or hydrophilized yeast
25 g of butter
125 g of ice water (the colder the better)
125 g of milk (also very cold)
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of sugar

2. We add the yeast and mix everything for 1 minutes at speed 3-4.

3. If the yeast is dry, we throw it at the beginning together with the liquids.

4. Next we add the flour and mix it for 3 minutes at spike speed.

5. To make it perfect we have to let it stand from 1h to 1.3 h. Covered with a cloth.

6. Keep in mind that air bubbles have to be formed so that it is very spongy, for this I cover the mold with a large kitchen cloth.

7. But taking into account that the dough rises a lot, so I ponto 4 milk briks or 4 bottles and do as a tent so that it is well covered and does not stick to the cloth when it goes up.

8. Finally we mind in the oven at 180-190º if the oven is with turbo (lower temperature) or 190-200º if it is a conventional oven (also with the temperature only below).

9. Another variant now that the parties arrive to add with the liquids 2 tablespoons of black cane honey, 1 tablespoon of toasted sesame seeds and the nuts that you like, pass, almonds, nuts.
