Thermomix recipe: mass for buns

Ingredients to make thermomix: mass for buns:
250 g. of milk
(2 1/2 cub.) 50 g. of butter
50 g. of sugar
(1/2 cub.) 30 g. of pressed yeast
1 teaspoon of salt
500 g. of flour (9 cub.)

Ingredients to make thermomix: mass for buns:

1. Put all ingredients except flour and yeast and program 1 minute at 40ºC at speed 2.

2. Add when it ends, yeast and flour and program 20 seconds at speed 6 and then 3 minutes in spike speed.

3. When the dough ready, let it rest for 5 minutes.
