Ingredients to make sugary baked donuts:
½ tablespoon of fresh or powdered yeast

1 cup of milk (240 milliliters)

Ingredients to make sugary baked donuts:

1. In a container, dissolve yeast with warm water. Apart, melt the butter with milk in a saucepan or pot. Remove the mixture from the heat and let it cool.





2. Mix the two previous preparations, that of yeast and milk. Then, add the sugar, salt, nutmeg, beaten eggs and 2 cups of flour. Beat gently until you get a homogeneous mixture. 4. Extend the dough on a sprinkled surface with flour and use the hands or a mold to form the donuts that you will then cook in the oven.





5. Place the donuts on a previously greased oven tray or lined with vegetable paper. Leave a separation of at least one centimeter between each piece of dough.





6. Before bringing to the oven, let the donuts rest and grow, without covering them, about 20 minutes. Heat the oven to 200 ºC and bake donuts for 10 minutes or until they take a golden color.

7. Remove them from the oven and, using a kitchen brush, spread each of the donuts with melted butter and then pass them through the sugar and cinnamon mixture.
