The Valentines Day is approaching and to celebrate it we can prepare this delicious marble groove cake and two -colored cava that I bring to recipes. If we do it in a heart mold it will be more than perfect but baked in any mold that we have at home will be ideal to share as a couple or family any day of the year … that every day they are good to give us a delicious homemade whim !

300 grams of smear cheese 120 grams of butter 130 grams of honey 25 grams of brown sugar 4 eggs 150 milliliters of cava 250 grams of strawberry yogurt 1 teaspoon of chemical yeast (driver) 200 grams of Strawberry jam 350 grams of flour for pastry colorante red |

Ingredients to make marble strawberry and cava cake:
1. In a wide bowl we put honey and brown sugar. We put the butter in the microwave and pour it on top. Let stand a few minutes so that with the heat of butter the honey becomes more manageable and beat until you get a homogeneous and integrated mixture.
Trick: We can replace honey with sugar.
2. Add the smear cheese and beat smoothly until you integrate it. Then add the two yogurts and mix again.
Trick: If you don have strawberry yogurt you can use natural yogurt.
3. We incorporate the eggs one by one beating in each addiction until integrating.
Trick: The next one cannot be added until the previous one has not been integrated.
4. Next we add the cava and chemical yeast and mix very well. The normal thing is that the mix sponge a little.
5. We sift the flour and incorporate it in two or three times. Finally we add the strawberry jam and mix until you integrate.
Trick: You can change the strawberry jam for red fruits, plum, blackberry, cherry … the one you have at home!
6. In another bowl we pour approximately half of the mixture of the strawberry marble cake and add the red dye. I have used it in pasta and added to the eye, so I don know how to indicate the amount. We beat until a homogeneous color is.
Trick: I did not want to happen to me and that I would be brown and I have fallen shorter than I intended and I was pink but to be the first time I am happy!
7. With the help of two frozen spoons we are throwing portions of both mixtures in the mold that we are going to use randomly until ending the dough of the two balls. If we want we can pass a wooden skewer through the easy marble sponge cake making swirls to mix the colors even more.
8. We introduce the marble cagochuelo in the preheated oven at 180 ºC and bake it for about 60 minutes or until when clicking in the center with a stick or skewer they leave clean.
9. We turn off the oven, let it temper about ten minutes with the door ajar and then take out the marble strawberry and cava cake, and very carefully, we unmold it on a grid and let it cool completely.
