San Blas Rosquillas Recipe

Ingredients to make San Blas donuts:
500 gr. of flour
7 eggs
2 tablespoons of sugar
125 ml. of extra hojiblanca virgin oil
2 tablespoons of anisees

4 egg whites
400 gr. Sugar Glas
a splash of anise

Ingredients to make San Blas donuts:

2. Take portions of the size of a plum and, on the slightly smeared table of oil, make some strips. To form the donuts, une them at the ends.

3. Place them on baking paper and introduce them in the oven (previously heated) at 165º C for 20 minutes. Let them cool.
