It is important that you clean the scales with a knife, since they must be very clean. The boot sardine can be added whole, split in half or open without the central spine. 6. When you have clean and spine sardines, you must cut the pepper into strips. On the other hand, you must also turn on the oven to 180 ºC with heat up and down.
7. When its volume increases, take the dough and knead again. Then, stretch and place on a baking plate, add the sardines and red pepper strips. Then, spray some olive oil and let it rest for about 15 minutes, introduce the coca of vegetables and sardines into the oven at 180 ºC for 30-40 minutes, according to the oven.
Trick: You should know that with this dough you can make a large coca or two smaller.
8. When you observe that the salad sardines cake is golden, remove from the oven and let cool.
