Ingredients to make roscón de kings of puff pastry:

1. Before we cook the Roscón de Reyes de Puffiser, we enlist the ingredients.





2. We divide the puff pastry into two equal parts. Each part will be one of the layers of the homemade Kings roscón that we propose. We stretch them well with the roller.





3. Now we spread a little sugar for each sheet, and each one folds it in half. We stretch and repeat the process until we can make a roscón the size of a small pan; Then we make the outer circle and the interior. You can use the leftover as a new layer or for other recipes with puff pastry. We already place each half in the oven paper and preheat it at 150 ºC. 4. While the puff pastry is baked, we make the homemade custard. To do this, we first have to boil the milk with a little vanilla essence.





5. We whiten the egg yolk with the sugar to continue with the preparation of the custard.





6. We undo butter and dissolve the bleached egg in it.





7. We add everything to boiled milk and stir. From this moment on, the fire always at least. Then, while stirring add the cornstarch and keep moving until the cream thickens.
