Recipe for the best mass of churros

We start putting a pot on fire with water and oil. Add the pinch of salt and stir to dissolve.

500 ml. of water
250 gr. of flour
1 pinch of salt

2. When the water is boiling we have to add the flour, little by little, while stirring.

3. Once all the flour to the dough for churros is added, we continue to stir, with the pot to the fire, so that all the ingredients are mixed.

4. We have to remove, with a stick spoon always, until the dough forms a ball that takes off, in part, from the walls of the pot.

5. When frying the dough for churros we just have to put it inside a churrera or a pastry bag, and add threads inside very hot abundant oil.
