Recipe for nut cookies and jam

Preheat the oven to 180 C.

1/2 cup of mascabado
1 beaten egg
1 1/2 cups of flour cernida
1 clear egg white
1 cup of beef
1 cup of peach jam or your preference

3. Place in an greased tray and press at the center of each cookie, bake for 12 minutes.

4. Decorate with a little jam in the center.
