Recipe for my first cookies

We prepare and weigh all the ingredients to have everything by hand. We leave the butter at room temperature and work with a fork or a spatula until we look at the appearance of a cream or ointment. We sift the flour with the yeast.

Ingredients to make my first cookies:
– 220 grams of pastry flour (I put 180 gr of normal flour and 40 of cornstarch: I didn have pastry):
– 90 gr of brown sugar
– 45 gr of normal sugar *
– 8 gr of vain sugar *
– 1 medium egg
– 100 gr of butter to point
– 7 gr of chemical yeast
– 1 pinch of salt
– 100 gr of chocolate chips

2. We start joining butter with the three types of sugar with a spatula.





3. Below we beat the egg a little with the pinch of salt and add it to the mixture binding it well.





4. When we are linked, we add the flour with the yeast and mix well.





5. We put the chocolate chips and integrate them well into the dough.





6. When well mixed we get down to the dough and give it a ball shape





7. We wrap it on film paper and put it in the refrigerator at least for an hour, I did it in the morning and bake it after eating.





8. Preheat the oven to 200º with heat up and down. Form balls of a medium size with your hands, crushing them a bit to shape a cookie, but not too much, so that they are chubby. Place them on a baking sheet covered with baking paper.





9. When putting them in the oven, I put the turbo and I had them 10 minutes, but you know: it always depends on the oven, the size of the cookies and the temperature of the dough. The important thing is that they are slightly golden and a bit soft in touch, since they harden when they cool.





10. We put them to cool in a rack and eat, but eye!: Do not leave them without surveillance that eat them!
