Ingredients to make fresh sweet scones to do:

1. Before getting to work, the oven must be preheated at 220ºC and cover a baking sheet with baking paper. Done this, we start! To do this, we prepare a flour container and another with a little liquid cream.

2. To the container where we have the flour, we incorporate the yeast, the salt and the butter cut into cubes. Mix until you get a sandy paste. If we have decided to incorporate the raisins into the recipe, we add them in this step and continue mixing.

3. We take another container or bowl and beat the egg with the sugar until you get a creamy mixture. Once achieved, we add the remaining liquid cream (not the one we have reserved in the container) and mix.

4. We recover the mixture of flour and butter, make a hole in the center and add the previous preparation of egg, sugar and cream. We mix well with the help of a silicone or plastic spatula to form a compact paste.

5. Sprinkle the work surface with flour and place on the anterior scones mass. We must work it quickly to obtain a homogeneous mass. Then, we crush it to form a cake of about 3-4 centimeters thick, sprinkle flour on top and we smoothed with a roller.

6. We take a round mold or huts 5 cm high, we flour and cut the scones. We flour them and place them on the baking sheet that we lined in the first step, leaving a certain space between them.

7. To place the buns on the plate we should not push them with the fingers. We simply have to shake the mold from the bottom up so that it falls alone, so it will not lose its shape.

8. We recover the container with the liquid cream that we reserve and paint each of the scones with it. Then, we bake for them for 14 minutes, or until golden brown.

9. When they are ready, we remove them from the oven and let them cool on a rack. You can eat cold or temperate scones, and fill them with quince sweet, cream cheese, jam, or what you like. More recipes full of flavor as it is on my blog target = _blank rel = NOFOLWSORK in glass.
