Quinoa cake recipe

After searching hundreds of pages a quinoa recipe without any other flour since I am intolerant to: all cereals or grains less sesame, millet, quinoa, amaranth and egg, animal milk, sunflower oil … I have decided Creating my own recipes, and since this Quinoa cake has been a success I want to share it with recipes. Ingredients to make quinoa cake:
250 grams of quinoa flour
2 units of banana of the Canary Islands maturo
200 milliliters of soy milk
170 milliliters of olive oil
6 tablespoons of sugar
1 tablespoon of yeast royal
50 grams of raw sesame seeds
2 tablespoons of cocoa powder (optional)

Ingredients to make quinoa cake:

1. Preheat the oven at 180ºC. To make this vegan cake, we will need to gather all the ingredients. Bananas must be very mature, not having them can be introduced 2 minutes into the microwave.

2. To make the dough, mazclar in a quinoa flour bowl, canary banana, soy milk, sugar, oil, cocoa if you wish and yeast. Beat it until a homogeneous dough is left.

3. Introduce the dough into an oven mold and sprinkle the raw sesame seeds.



Trick: so that the cake does not stick can spread the mold with a little olive oil and quinoa flour.

4. Cook the vegan cake in the hot oven at 180ºC for 45 minutes.

5. Let the Quinoa cake stand and you can serve. As you will see, I have done one with Cocoa and another without, the two are delicious and if your diet allows it, you can decorate it with a chocolate coverage or a lemon glaze.
