| Ingredients to make pumpkin muffins for Halloween: |
| 200 grams of roasted pumpkin 100 grams of oatmeal 80 grams of integral rye flour 20 grams of oat brain 1 on Potax yeast (from royal) 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder ½ teaspoon of powder ginger 1 pinch of nail powder |

Ingredients to make pumpkin muffins for Halloween:
1. In a bowl we mix with the rods the wet ingredients: eggs, sugar or sweetener, margarine and milk. It should be noted that, if preferred, milk can be skimmed to make lighter pumpkin muffins.
2. Next, we add the roasted and crushed pumpkin. We mix again to integrate it into the mixture.
3. In another bowl, we mix the dry ingredients: oatmeal and rye flour, saved, spices and yeast. We add it to the humid bowl after sifting the preparation so that lumps do not come out and then the pumpkin muffins are more spongy for Halloween.
4. When we have the dough ready, well mixed and homogeneous, we grease the paper molds (essential that they are with Halloween motifs) and we fill them about 2/3 of their capacity.
5. We put the muffins in the already hot oven at 180 ºC with heat up and down, and bake for 20 minutes. After the time, we take the tray out of the oven and when they don burn anymore, we pass the muffins to a rack to finish cooling.
6. You will see what more delicious smell you have in the kitchen. And even more delicious are pumpkin muffins for Halloween, terrifyingly good!
