Pumpkin cookie recipe

Autumn is one of our favorite times, because there are many super versatile seasonal foods with which delicious aromatic recipes can be prepared that make us feel warm in the cold months. Pumpkin, of course, cannot be missing in many of these dishes. This time, in recipes, we wanted to make a sweet recipe for pumpkin cookies that remind us of the best of autumn. These cookies are very easy to do, because the ingredients and the steps are quite basic. To give it a touch of extra flavor, we have added chocolate sparks, but you can do without them if you wish. Ingredients to make pumpkin cookies:
120 grams of roasted pumpkin
175 grams of wheat flour or oatmeal
1 egg
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
125 grams of butter without salt
100 grams of sugar (½ cup)
1 tablespoon dessert of cinnamon
chispas de chocolate (optional)

Ingredients to make pumpkin cookies:

1. The first thing you should have ready is the cooked pumpkin. If you are not sure how to prepare it, enter our pumpkin recipe with cinnamon (in this case, you can do without cinnamon). When ready, crush it to make pumpkin puree.





2. Mix the butter with the sugar in a bowl until you get a creamy texture.





3. Add the egg and continue beating your dough for easy pumpkin cookies.





4. Add the pumpkin puree. Mix until the ingredients are integrated and add the flour and cinnamon. These must have been previously sifted. Keep beating and add, finally, chocolate sparks.





5. When all ingredients are integrated, knead the mass of the cookies with the hands. Let it stand for half an hour. Then, make balls with the dough and place them flattened on a baking tray with baking paper.





6. Press the oven at 180 ºC. Once hot, put the tray in the oven and leave them there for about 10-15 minutes or until you see that they are golden brown, because each oven is different.
