Ingredients to make pumpkin and carrot cake:
1. Prealist the ingredients to prepare this delicious pumpkin cake.
2. Cut the pumpkin into medium pieces. Take a pot with water over medium heat. Cook until it is soft for puree. Reserve.
3. Peel the carrots and grate them.
4. Mix the grated carrot with the cooked pumpkin and eggs. Process with a mixer until all ingredients are mixed well.
5. Add sugar, wheat flour, bicarbonate and rum. Mix well until you get a homogeneous mass.
6. Take individual or large molds and cook in the oven at 180ºC. for approximately 25 to 25 minutes. Remove and serve the pumpkin and carrot cake accompanying cream cheese. Enjoy.
