Provencal toast recipe

Ingredients to do Provencal toast:
For 6 people: Preparation: 15 minutes. Cooking: 8 minutes.:
6 slices of whole wheat bread
1 medium zucchini
3 eggs
2 tablespoons of cream
1 tablespoon of chopped parsley
1 tablespoon of chopped chives
1 tablespoon of basil and improvena
1 pellizco of sweet paprika
6 slices of ham in sweet

Ingredients to do Provencal toast:

2. Wash the zucchini.

3. Cut into slices and saute.

4. Mix the yolks with the cream, herbs, nutmeg and paprika.

5. Beat the whites to the point of snow and incorporate the yolks.

6. Cover each slice with ham, zucchini and the mixture of eggs.

7. Bake at 225º C.

8. 8 minutes.

9. Sprinkle with chopped chives and serve.
