4 sausage units (preferably Asturian chorizo) 500 grams of wheat flour 180 milliliters of whole milk 100 grams of butter 1 Egg unit 1 teaspoon of dry yeast or 25 g of fresh yeast 1 pinch of salt |

Ingredients to make preñaos buns:
1. The first step to make the prescription of preñaos buns is to prealist the ingredients.
2. You must add the wheat flour in a bowl, previously sifted or cernida to obtain a finer mass.
3. You must make a volcano in the center of the flour and add the egg.
4. Heat the milk and add the yeast so that we can activate it.
5. Add the salt, the melted butter and knead with your hands until you get a consistent mass and not sticky in your hands.
6. Add the milk with the yeast activated and mix very well until the ingredients of our stuffed buns are integrated. Knead for approximately 15 minutes.
7. Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let stand in a warm place for about 30 minutes or until you observe that it folded its size.
8. While our dough rests we will cook the sausages. Then, carry a pan over medium heat and add some oil, cut the sausages into pieces and Dora very well. Remove them from fire and reserve them.
9. Once the dough has rested and duplicated its size, divide it into balls as seen in the photograph to form the buns.
10. Extend the buns with the help of a roller.
11. Add a piece of sausage in each of the buns as seen in the photograph.
