Pireca, also known as Chipa Cuerito or kneaded chipa, is one of the best known fried cakes in Paraguay. It is made for breakfast or snack and carries very few ingredients. Ingredients to do pireca or chipa horn:
1. Place the flour in a container, form a hole in the center and place the butter or fat, salt and temperate water in it. If the mass of the kneading chipa is very dry, add more water and if it is very liquid adds more flour.
