Ingredients to make pineapple and chocolate cake: |
For 4 people :: 1 small pineapple 1 chocolate tablet are milk 125 gr. of butter 125 gr. of grated coconut 4 eggs 4 tablespoons of sugar 2 tablespoons of rum 1 tablespoon of cornmeal 1 lemon lemon |
Ingredients to make pineapple and chocolate cake:
2. Once molten, reserve it.
3. Work the yolks with the sugar until they are very creamy, add the chocolate, the grated coconut, reserving two tablespoons for the final decoration of the cake, the rum, the cornmeal and the grated cortex of half a lemon.
4. When we have a homogeneous mixture, incorporate the mounted snow sectors and remove well.
5. Pour the entire mixture into a cake mold that will previously be smeared with butter and sprinkled with flour.
6. Cook the cake at a moderate oven, for approximately 40 minutes.
7. Once cooked and unmold, cover it with the pineapple cut into fine slices.
8. Finally, sprinkle it with the reserved coconut.
9. Pineapple slices place them above the cake as on the sides.
